I just bought this camera to replace my old Hitachi camera and this camera is impressive. The video quality is great, the sound is excellent and is compatible with Mac for those who might wonder it will work on iMovie. But this camera is light and the unit should not be finalized before putting in a DVD player or imported into a computer, simply connect the USB cable and import your video quick and easy. It comes with its own software, which is only compatible with Windows that do not, do not know if its good.
But so far I am very happy with this camera ideal for those who like to shoot and edit pictures. Really good buy for a price.
